Farmers National Banc (FMNB) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $0.08; 2% Yield

Farmers National Banc (NASDAQ: FMNB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.

Kevin J. Helmick, President and CEO, stated, “The third quarter dividend payment is the fourth increase in Farmers’ dividend in the past two years, and is the second increase the Board of Directors has approved in 2018. The increase in our quarterly dividend payment reflects continued strength in our financial performance and the Board’s commitment to create value for our shareholders.”
