BancFirst Corp. (NASDAQ: BANF) declared a special dividend of $0.30 per share. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.21.

The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 28, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of October 16, 2018.
