Riverview Financial Corp. (RIVE) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield

Riverview Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: RIVE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 14, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 13, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

Kirk D. Fox, Chief Executive Officer stated, "We are pleased to declare a dividend for the third quarter of 2018 which represents an annualized yield of 3.0% based on the closing price of our stock on the dividend declaration date. It is our goal to continue to pay a reasonable dividend without disrupting the delicate balance we must maintain between the payment of a dividend to shareholders and remaining a well-capitalized institution, which is critical in our dedicated efforts to continue building long term value for shareholders."
