MVB Financial (NASDAQ: MVBF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.12 annualized. This is a 20% increase from the prior dividend of $0.025.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2018.
