CoreCivic (CXW) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c; Lifts FY EPS Outlook

CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q2 EPS of $0.36, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter came in at $449.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $426 million.

GUIDANCE:

CoreCivic sees Q3 2018 EPS of $0.37-$0.39, versus the consensus of $0.40.

CoreCivic sees FY2018 EPS of $1.47-$1.51, versus prior of $1.42-$1.48 and the consensus of $1.47.
