Tivity Health, Inc. (TVTY) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS; Offers FY18 EPS/Revenue Outlook

Tivity Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: TVTY) reported Q2 EPS of $0.53, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $151.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $152.98 million.

Second-Quarter 2018 Financial Highlights

• Revenues increased by 9.3% to $151.9 million compared to revenues of $138.9 million for the second quarter of 2017.
• Income from continuing operations increased by 31.6% to $22.7 million, compared to $17.2 million for the second quarter of 2017. Adjusted income from continuing operations increased by 32.3% to $22.8 million, compared to $17.2 million for the second quarter of 2017. • Income from continuing operations per diluted share increased by 26.8% to $0.52, compared to $0.41 for the second quarter of 2017. Adjusted income from continuing operations per diluted share increased by 29.3% to $0.53 compared to $0.41 for the second quarter of 2017. • EBITDA was $35.0 million, or 23.0% of revenues, compared to $31.7 million, or 22.8% of revenues, for the second quarter of 2017. Adjusted EBITDA was $35.1 million compared to $31.7 million for the second quarter of 2017, both of which exclude restructuring charges.
