Symantec (SYMC) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c; Issues Guidance

Symantec (NASDAQ: SYMC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.15 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Symantec sees FY2019 EPS of $1.47-$1.57, versus the consensus of $1.56. Symantec sees FY2019 revenue of $4.64-4.76 billion, versus the consensus of $4.84 billion.
