Healthcare Trust of America (NYSE: HTA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.310 per share, or $1.24 annualized. This is a 1.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.305.

The dividend will be payable on October 5, 2018, to stockholders of record on October 2, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of October 1, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
