Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 16, 2018.
