CyrusOne (CONE) Tops Q2 FFO by 2c, Raises and Narrows FY Guidance

CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE) reported Q2 FFO of $0.81, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.79. Revenue for the quarter came in at $196.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $198.92 million.

GUIDANCE:

CyrusOne sees Q3 2018 FFO of $3.25-$3.30. CyrusOne sees Q3 2018 revenue of $820-830 million. Prior had been for $3.18-$3.28 in FFO and revenues were for $810-825 million.
