Suncoke Energy (SXC) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c

Suncoke Energy (NYSE: SXC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.06, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenue for the quarter came in at $367 million versus the consensus estimate of $313.95 million.

"Second quarter 2018 financial results reflect a solid performance from our coke business and our third consecutive quarter of record setting throughput volumes at our Convent Marine Terminal. We continue to execute against our 2018 objectives and are positioned to achieve our full-year Adjusted EBITDA guidance," said Mike Rippey, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P.
