Altra Industrial Motion (NASDAQ: AIMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 17, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 14, 2018.
