First Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: FCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized. This is a 16.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 2, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.
