Lockheed Martin (LMT) Tops Q2 EPS by 13c, Revenues Beat; Boosts FY18 EPS/Revenue Outlook Above Consensus

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) reported Q2 EPS of $4.05, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $3.92. Revenue for the quarter came in at $13.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $12.74 billion.
"The corporation achieved strong results in the second quarter, allowing us to increase our financial guidance for sales, profit, earnings per share and cash from operations,\" said Lockheed Martin Chairman, President and CEO Marillyn Hewson. "Our team remains dedicated to performing with excellence, providing affordable and innovative solutions for our customers, and generating outstanding value for our shareholders."
GUIDANCE:
Lockheed Martin sees FY2018 EPS of $16.75-$17.05, versus the consensus of $16.17. Lockheed Martin sees FY2018 revenue of $51.6-53.1 billion, versus the consensus of $51.32 billion.
