Union Pacific (UNP) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c

Union Pacific (NYSE: UNP) reported Q2 EPS of $1.98, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $1.95. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.65 billion.

2018 Outlook

"Looking to the remainder of the year, we expect the strong business environment to continue as we regain our productivity momentum and improve the value proposition for all of our stakeholders," Fritz said.
