Greene County Bancorp (NASDAQ: GCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.0975.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
