United Financial Bancorp (UBNK) Declares $0.12 Quarterly Dividend; 2.8% Yield

United Financial Bancorp (NASDAQ: UBNK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 8, 2018, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of July 26, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.

Our Company continues to grow loans, deposits, particularly checking accounts, and tangible book value while maintaining strong asset quality, capital and liquidity," stated William H.W.
