BCB Bancorp (BCBP) Declares $0.14 Quarterly Dividend; 3.7% Yield

BCB Bancorp (NASDAQ: BCBP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2018, to stockholders of record on August 6, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of August 3, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.

“Our continued solid financial performance provides us with the opportunity to pay a cash dividend to our common stock shareholders, while still maintaining a strong capital position to support growth,” stated Thomas Coughlin, President and Chief Executive Officer.
