Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.6% to $0.20; 1.8% Yield

Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 2.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.195.

The dividend will be payable on July 20, 2018, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of July 12, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
