WD-40 Co. (NASDAQ: WDFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, or $2.16 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
