W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.020 per share, or $4.08 annualized. This is a 0.5% increase from the prior dividend of $1.015.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
