Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, or $2.68 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.665.

The dividend will be payable on July 3, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 25, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 22, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
