Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10.3% to $0.86; 2.2% Yield

Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.86 per share, or $3.44 annualized. This is a 10.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.78.

The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2018, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
