Ingersoll-Rand (NYSE: IR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 17.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on September 28, 2018, to stockholders of record on September 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of September 6, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
