General Electric (NYSE: GE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. The dividend was maintained from prior levels.

The dividend will be payable on July 25, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.5 percent.
