Nathan's Famous (NATH) Initiates, Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 1.1% Yield

Nathan's Famous (NASDAQ: NATH) initiated and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized. The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2018. The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.

The Company noted that the dividend program was facilitated by the Company's operating performance and cash flows as well as anticipated tax savings as a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017.
