Global Indemnity (NASDAQ: GBLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 22, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 21, 2018.
