American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.23, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $823 million versus the consensus estimate of $805.17 million.
Consolidated comparable sales increased 9% over the comparable period ending May 6, 2017.
GUIDANCE:
American Eagle Outfitters sees Q2 2018 EPS of $0.27-$0.29, versus the consensus of $0.25.
