Ladder Capital (LADR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.2% to $0.325; 8.4% Yield

Ladder Capital (NYSE: LADR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.325 per share, or $1.3 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.315.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 11, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.4 percent.
