Globalscape, Inc. (GSB) Declares $0.015 Quarterly Dividend; 1.6% Yield

Globalscape, Inc. (NYSE: GSB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.015 per share, or $0.06 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 7, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
