Towne Bank (NASDAQ: TOWN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.14.

The dividend will be payable on July 10, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2018.
