Redwood Trust (RWT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.1% to $0.30; 7.2% Yield

Redwood Trust (NYSE: RWT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.2 percent.

"The higher dividend reflects our confidence in the platform we have built and the durability of its earnings power, specifically our prospects for profitable growth through existing and recently-announced initiatives.
