CB Financial Services (CBFV) Declares $0.22 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

CB Financial Services (NASDAQ: CBFV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 7, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
