Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.540 per share, or $2.16 annualized. This is a 3.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2018.
