TrustCo Bank (TRST) Declares $0.065625 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield

TrustCo Bank (NASDAQ: TRST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065625 per share, or $0.2625 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

President and Chief Executive Officer Robert J. McCormick noted, “We are very pleased that our solid results allow us to continue to provide our shareholders with a strong cash dividend. We understand how important the TrustCo cash dividend is to our shareholders. Our cash dividend continues a tradition that extends back over 100 years.”
