UPDATE: Newtek Business Services (NEWT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.421; 8.9% Yield

Newtek Business Services (NASDAQ: NEWT) declared an quarterly dividend of $0.421 per share, or $0.421 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.401.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.9 percent.

Barry Sloane, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer commented, “We are pleased to declare our second quarter 2018 dividend payable on June 29, 2018 to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2018.
