Hawthorn Bancshares (HWBK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 42.9% to $0.10; 1.8% Yield

Hawthorn Bancshares (NASDAQ: HWBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized. This is a 42.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.07.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.

The Board also approved a special stock dividend of 4% payable July 1, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2018.
