Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3175 per share, or $1.27 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on July 6, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of July 5, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.4 percent.
