Pattern Energy (NASDAQ: PEGI) reported Q1 EPS of $1.32, versus $0.15 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $111.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $134.37 million.

• Net cash provided by operating activities of $27.8 million
• Cash available for distribution ("CAFD") of $43.1 million, and on track to meet full year guidance(1)
• Net loss of $12.6 million
• Adjusted EBITDA of $104.2 million
• Revenue of $111.7 million, up 11%
