Timken (TKR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.7% to $0.28; 2.4% Yield

Timken (NYSE: TKR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 3.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.27.

The dividend will be payable on June 4, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.4 percent.
