Triton International Limited (TRTN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.6% to $0.52; 6.3% Yield

Triton International Limited (NYSE: TRTN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.52 per share, or $2.08 annualized. This is a 15.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on June 22, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.3 percent.

Mr. Sondey concluded, “Our $0.52 per share quarterly dividend represents a 15% increase from our previous dividend level. The increase reflects the strength of our cash flow as well as our optimistic outlook for continued strong performance.”
