First Community Bancorp (FCBP) Declares $0.2 Quarterly Dividend; 3% Yield

First Community Bancorp (NASDAQ: FCBP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2 per share, or $0.8 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 17, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.

“We are very pleased to be able to report strong year-over-year growth in income,” stated Peter Hui, the founding chairman of the Board of the Company, “and we are very pleased to be able to continue to return a portion of our net income to our shareholders in the form of our quarterly dividend.”
