Regal-Beloit (RBC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 7.7% to $0.28; 1.6% Yield

Regal-Beloit (NYSE: RBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, or $1.12 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on July 13, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 28, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.

"Our business continues to generate strong operating cash enabling us to reinvest in the business, pursue strategic growth opportunities and return capital to shareholders. Over the last three years we have returned over $126 million to our shareholders through regular quarterly dividends," said Regal Chairman and CEO Mark Gliebe.
