New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) reported Q1 EPS of $0.58, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $195 million versus the consensus estimate of $194.96 million.

FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:

• GAAP Net Income of $604 million, or $1.81 per diluted share
• Core Earnings of $195 million, or $0.58 per diluted share*
• Common dividend of $168 million, or $0.50 per share
