Heritage Commerce (HTBK) Declares $0.11 Quarterly Dividend; 2.6% Yield

Heritage Commerce (NASDAQ: HTBK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.6 percent.

“With our strong franchise, we are generating solid profitability and remain committed to providing returns to our shareholders through earnings growth and dividends,” said Walter Kaczmarek, President and Chief Executive Officer.
