FS Bancorp (NASDAQ: FSBW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 27.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on May 14, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1 percent.
