Westamerica Bancorp. (WABC) Declares $0.40 Quarterly Dividend; 2.8% Yield

Westamerica Bancorp. (NASDAQ: WABC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 18, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.

Chairman, President and CEO David Payne stated, “This dividend recognizes Westamerica’s healthy capital level, sound asset quality, and profitability.”
