Home Bancshares (NASDAQ: HOMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.09.
The dividend will be payable on June 6, 2018, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of May 15, 2018.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
