Altra Industrial Motion (NASDAQ: AIMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, or $0.68 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 3, 2018, to stockholders of record on June 18, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2018.
