TransMontaigne Partners (NYSE: TLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.785 per share, or $3.14 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.770.

The dividend will be payable on May 8, 2018, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.9 percent.
